Marloes Nova 21 - 11 - 1976 a.k.a. NOVA, Singer, MC, host, dancer and actress. As a singer she started her career in the dance formation "Wonderland", after joining the girlband "Princess" she took place in the allround band "Soulvation*" created by the producers Ronald Molendijk and Jeroen Rietbergen (www.soulvation.com). With these groups she performed on many festivals like, North Sea Jazz, Dance Valley, Noordeslag and a sold out AHOY with the Vrienden van Amstel Live. Together with DJ's like Soul Providers, Stonebridge, Kerri Chandler, Hed Kandi, Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Full Intention, Marco V, Erick Morillo etc, MC NOVA performed at big festivals like Dance Valley, Impulz, 4Elements, Now&Wow, Chemistry, MTV Party, Qontact, Sensation to name a few. In the year 2002 she was nominated as Dutch best MC/Vocalist during the Lucky Strike Dance Awards 2002. Also this year she was nominated as Dutch best MC/Vocalist during the Amsterdam Dance Event Awards 2005. Together with DJ Ronald Molendijk she performed on the After Party of two sold out KANE concerts in the Ahoy Rotterdam. For two years she presented the dance category of the Grote Prijs van Nederland. As an actress she started to take lessons from Joe Weston and director Ruud van Hemert. She acts in commercials, sociodrama, short movies and sometimes soaps. Recorded several radiocommercials, english and dutch spoken including Nike, TMF (The Music Factory), Republiek CD, MTV and several for ID&T radio.
